Can I buy before Product Drop?
Yes.
VIP Pod Squad members receive a private early access link immediately after joining, allowing them to shop before stock sells out in an upcoming product drop.
If you need your Pod sooner, you can also choose from our Buy Now, Ship Now Pods. These Pods are already in stock and ship immediately, often arriving in as little as 7 days.
Buy Now, Ship Now Pods are priced at full retail plus shipping and are ideal if you have a special event or deadline coming up.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of shipping you choose. The numbers of days are listed on the shipping options.
Each product drop has a mid-product drop when half the Pods are sold, allowing the first Pod buyers the earliest delivery date. This is usually halfway through the product drop, or when half of the drop Pods are sold.
The remaining Pods will be shipped around 1-2 weeks after the product drop ends (we work on shipping product drop pods immediately the day after the drop ends), so choose shipping carefully depending on your needs.
Please note we take every care (we really do take shipping times VERY seriously), but once it leaves our warehouse, it enters the crazy world of global shipping. Sometimes there are storms and the wind blows the wrong direction.
Please remember: we have a 1-2 weeks processing time before shipping, so add one extra week to your shipping estimate.

What age group is the Nüdel Pod suitable for?
The Nüdel Pod meets global safety standards and contains NO choking hazards. The Pod pieces are suitable for children 6 months and up and the configurations are suitable for 1 year +(supports up to 50kg).
