Can I buy before Black Friday Product Drop?
Yes! Access Pass holders get a private early access link immediately after purchasing the Access Pass. This lets you shop before stock sells out (and IT WILL sell out). Our October drop was over subscribed by over 200 Pods orders, so we are very limited for this next drop.
Can I buy the Pod without the Access Pass?
Yes, but only Access Pass holders get 40% OFF.
You can still purchase at retail price, but note that retail stock is sold out globally, and all deliveries will align with product drop shipments.
We recommend getting the Access Pass to secure your spot and discount.
One day we will get ahead of orders and have normal sales, but the Access Pass discount makes it worth the wait.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of shipping you choose. The numbers of days are listed on the shipping options.
Pod will be shipped around 1 weeks after the product drop ends, so choose shipping carefully depending on your needs like Christmas delivery or birthdays.
Please note we take every care (we really do take shipping times VERY seriously), but once it leaves our warehouse, we can't be held responsible for the crazy world of global shipping. Sometimes there are storms and the wind blows the wrong direction.
Standard shipping takes 20–30 days depending on your location. Express shipping takes around 8-15 days.
What age group is the Nüdel Pod suitable for?
The Nüdel Pod meets global safety standards and contains NO choking hazards. The Pod pieces are suitable for children 6 months and up and the configurations are suitable for 1 year +(supports up to 50kg).
