We will be getting in touch with you after the campaign to collect shipping and will be completely open to changing the address to a lower cost location (for example, for our Fijian friends, we could ship to your friend in Australia who could then take the Nüdel Pod with them to Fiji to meet with you. We will do everything we can to make this work.)

On this campaign, the shipping will say zero dollars or FREE when you choose an option. This does not mean that the shipping is free, it just means that the organisation and payment of the shipping will happen at a later date when we have a more accurate understanding of where we are shipping to. In all cases, we will be calculating the best possible option of sea freight and ground transport to minimise your costs unless airfreight is absolutely unavoidable. 

Firstly, it's important to note that the pod is not a small object. Each POD weighs approximately 10 kg (22 lbs) and the box measures around 65 cm in length, 26 cm in width, and 16 cm in height (approximately 7" x 11" x 25"). It’s not Light. Please keep that in mind.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate shipping rates at checkout, there may be occasions where the shipping address is classified by our courier or logistics partner as remote, rural, or outside our standard delivery zones.

In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you via email as soon as we are notified by our shipping agent. You will have the option to:

Proceed with your order by paying the additional shipping fee, or

Cancel your order for a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.

We reserve the right to place your order on hold until the additional fee is confirmed and received.

Australia: 

AU$30 - $70 with most capital cities being between AU$30 - $57

New Zealand:

AU$90 - $100 with most capital cities 

USA: 

US$25-$US65 with most capital cities, delivering between US$30-$40.

Canada: 

US$70-$80 for most capital cities

For all other countries :

We anticipate shipping costs of between AU$80- $350 (the upper end accounts for remote locations such as Fiji; final costs will depend on demand.)

Outside of Australia and the United States (which together make up around 95% of the current VIP Pod Squad), it’s difficult to predict exact shipping costs until the campaign is complete.

What we can say is this: shipping costs drop significantly as more Pods ship to the same country, as we’re able to move stock via bulk freight rather than individual shipments.

If you’d like to help reduce shipping costs in your region, the best thing you can do is share the Pod with family and friends locally. Every additional Pod purchase makes a difference!

Please note that these prices do not include any additional taxes levied by government authorities during shipping.

Some government authorities may apply taxes to the Pod and this is not something we can control. Many countries have free trade agreements, but can still apply duties and other fees. Either way, you would pay these taxes as part of an e-commerce or Bricks and mortar store purchase. It’s not something we can avoid, unfortunately.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of shipping you choose. The numbers of days are listed on the shipping options. 

Pod will be shipped around 1 week after the product drop ends, so choose shipping carefully depending on your needs.

Please note we take every care (we really do take shipping times VERY seriously), but once it leaves our warehouse, we can't be held responsible for the crazy world of global shipping. Sometimes there are storms and the wind blows the wrong direction. 

Please remember: we have a 1-week processing time before shipping, so add one extra week to your shipping estimate.

Standard shipping: 20–30 days depending on your location

Express shipping: 8–15 days

Onyx Pods are a new design and are being produced in a separate production run after the Black Friday Product Drop. Shipping will begin once this production run is complete.

Update – 3 December 2025:
Production of Onyx Pods has been completed and they are scheduled to be shipped to our manufacturer within 48 hours of the end of the Product Drop. Everything is on time, and customer shipping will begin as soon as humanly possible once they arrive and are processed.
