We will be getting in touch with you after the campaign to collect shipping and will be completely open to changing the address to a lower cost location (for example, for our Fijian friends, we could ship to your friend in Australia who could then take the Nüdel Pod with them to Fiji to meet with you. We will do everything we can to make this work.)

On this campaign, the shipping will say zero dollars or FREE when you choose an option. This does not mean that the shipping is free, it just means that the organisation and payment of the shipping will happen at a later date when we have a more accurate understanding of where we are shipping to. In all cases, we will be calculating the best possible option of sea freight and ground transport to minimise your costs unless airfreight is absolutely unavoidable. 

Firstly, it's important to note that the pod is not a small object. Each POD weighs approximately 10 kg (22 lbs) and the box measures around 65 cm in length, 26 cm in width, and 16 cm in height (approximately 7" x 11" x 25"). It’s not Light. Please keep that in mind.

At this stage, here is some indicative shipping pricing for getting the pod to our amazing community.

Australia: 

$AU30 - $70 with most capital cities being between $AU30 and $57

New Zealand:

$AU90 - $100 with most capital cities 

USA: 

$US25-$US65 with most capital cities, delivering between US$30-$40.

Canada: 

$US70-$US80 for most capital cities

For all other countries :

We anticipate shipping costs of between $AU80- $AU350 ( the upper part of this range is to cover some countries that made inquiries like Fiji, for example but we are yet to see who will purchase yet).

Other than Australia and the USA, (that makes up about 95% of the Pod Squad VIP group) it’s extremely difficult to predict the number of orders from other countries until the campaign is completed. What we can say, though, is that the shipping price will decrease dramatically the more people we have signed up in each country because we can then do a bulk freight shipment. So please, please, please spread the word about the Pod among your family and friends in your local area.

Please note that these prices do not include any additional taxes levied by government authorities during shipping.

Some government authorities may apply taxes to the pod and this is not something we can control. Many countries have free trade agreements, but can still apply duties and other fees. Either way, you would pay these taxes as part of an e-commerce or Bricks and mortar store purchase. It’s not something we can avoid, unfortunately.

Your children are growing, and we know you want the pod ASAP.

We have early delivery starting around September to October (for those who will choose that option) and we will deliver the other Pods before Christmas but please note, we are not a giant multibillion-dollar toy company and we can have some bumps and delays along the way.

We are already producing similar products so we don’t foresee many of these, but we do ask for your understanding and we will always commit to communicating honestly and clearly with you as we go along the way, just like we’ve already done so far.
