Our Nüdel Pod product drop is scheduled for February - March 2026.
If you’d like to plan ahead and save, joining the product drop is the best option.
If you’d prefer your Pod shipped immediately, you can choose from our Buy Now, Ship Now Pods, which are ready to send.
What is a Product drop?
A Product Drop is when we release a limited number of Pods for a set period at our best available pricing. Because we manufacture and ship everything in one coordinated batch, we significantly reduce warehousing, freight, and other expenses so we can pass on the savings to you.
By purchasing a Day 1 Access Pass here, you unlock access to these Product Drop prices, including up to 40% savings on select bundles.
What is a Mid-Product Drop?
A Mid-Product Drop is a limited early-bird batch of Pods that are manufactured and sent ahead of the main Product Drop shipment to selected local warehouses, rewarding families who jump in early to receive their Pods sooner while still getting the best value pricing. The early mid product drop pods are already in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and will be dispatched just days after the early-bird stock sells out, instead of waiting until the end of the full Product Drop cycle.
If timing matters to you, securing your Pod as early as you can in the product drop ensures you get the Pod style you want and be the first in line for shipping.
Once the limited early-bird Pods are fully allocated, they are gone. Orders can still be placed at Product Drop pricing, but those Pods will ship later at the end of the Product Drop.
Why use Product Drops?
Product drops let us keep Pods premium and accessible: high quality materials, bulk shipping savings passed to you, and no warehousing costs that inflate prices.
How do Product Drops work?
- Get a VIP Pod Squad Membership (access perks + early pricing) to access the special VIP-only Product Drop offers.
- Place your order during the product drop. The earlier the better to ensure you get your favourite pod before it sells out
- A small number of Pods are manufactured while the Drop runs, and these are shipped out to customers during the Drop as soon as they sell out. This is called our Mid-Product Drop and is available only for early birds.
- After these early-bird Pods are sold, we have another 1,200 Pods available from now until the final Product Drop date. You will receive email countdowns about this.
- You can purchase a Pod at any point during the Product Drop. You don’t need to wait until the final day, and in fact, those who purchase early will have more choice, as we will sell out of the most popular items quickly.
- If the Drop sells out early, don’t worry — you can still make a purchase, and we will ship your Pod as soon as we have more stock, while you still lock in the Product Drop price.
- Pods ship based on your chosen shipping method, usually within days after the Drop closes.
- Tracking codes are emailed once shipped.
Can I buy before the end day of the product drop?
Yes. There are two ways to purchase a pod during the product drop.
VIP Pod Squad members receive early access via a private link emailed as soon as you become a paid-up “day 1 access pass member from the website. This allows you to secure your Pod immediately to make sure you get the version you want before they sell out. These are shipped soon after the mid product drop or product drop ends
If you’d prefer immediate shipping, you can also choose from our Buy Now/ Ship Now Pods. These Pods are already in stock and ship straight away, rather than waiting until the product drop ends for shipping.
This gives you the choice to either plan ahead and save with a Product Drop, or receive your Pod sooner if timing matters.
Do I need discount code to get access to Product Drop Pricing?
No. You simply need to visit the special link in the email sent to you after you purchased your Access Pass and became a VIP member. Don't forget to check the right email inbox and also your spam folder.
Is pricing different if I buy now vs during a Product Drop?
Yes, Buy now / ship now pods are priced at full retail price plus shipping but they are delivered immediately in as little as 7 days from stock ready to go right now. If you have a special event coming up soon, this is the way to go.

What if the Pod I want shows as sold out?
If the Pod you’re looking for is showing as sold out, the next step depends on your membership status.
1. If you are a VIP member
Please check the Product Drop offers using the special link sent to your email after purchasing your Access Pass.
Many Pods that appear sold out at retail are still available through the VIP Product Drop allocation.
If you can’t find the link, simply reach out and we’ll resend it.
A pod may also show as sold out based on your location. Email us at pod@Nudel.shop, and we can get you a special quote to ship to you wherever you are.
2. If you are not yet a VIP member
The best way to secure the Pod you want is to join the VIP Pod Squad and select your Pod as part of the next Product Drop.
We regularly produce large batches of stock for these major Drops, giving VIP members access to the full allocation at Product Drop pricing.
If a Pod is unavailable at retail, it’s often still accessible through the VIP Drop.

Yes. You can purchase a Nüdel Pod without a VIP Pod Squad membership.

VIP membership is required to access product drops, early access, and member pricing, but it’s optional if you prefer to buy now and ship now.

When will my order arrive?

Pods purchased during a Product Drop will ship ~1–2 weeks after the Product Drop ends, then delivered based on the shipping option you choose.
Please note that estimated shipping times begin once your Pod has been dispatched and do not include the period between your purchase date and the end of the Product Drop.

These Pods ship immediately.
Estimated shipping times begin from the date of dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code from Stone Logistics to monitor delivery.

Why is shipping combined with Product Drops?
Product drops allow us to manufacture and ship Nüdel Pods in carefully planned batches. This helps us maintain premium materials, consistent quality, and lower overall costs — savings we pass directly on to families.
Because Pods are made and shipped together, delivery takes longer than instant warehouse dispatch. If timing matters, you can choose our Buy Now, Ship Now Pods, which are already in stock and ship immediately.
Product drops are ideal if you’re happy to plan ahead and save. Buy Now, Ship Now is best if you’d prefer your Pod sooner.
What does free regular shipping on bundles mean?
The free regular shipping that comes with bundle purchases is sent via sea freight, which allows us to move Pods cost efficiently — especially for a product of this size, to you at the lowest price. Air freight for a product of this weight can be 5-6 times higher putting the price out of reach for many.
Each Pod is packed in a large, sturdy box weighing around 10kg, so shipping by sea helps us keep costs down while ensuring everything is transported safely.
Because sea freight prioritises efficiency over speed, delivery can take
From 25 and up to around 60 days, depending on your location and local customs processing, weather, tariffs and other factors. This timeline is completely normal for large, heavy items travelling this way but will feel longer if you are used to next-day delivery.
While it does take a little longer, your Pod will be delivered as soon as it reaches your local carrier. We work closely with our shipping partners to move Pods through the process as smoothly and quickly as possible.
If you’re working toward a specific date or would prefer a faster option, express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Planning ahead is the best way to enjoy free regular shipping.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed?
If you’d like your Pod to travel faster once it’s ready to ship, you may see optional shipping speed upgrades at checkout or shortly after purchase (before fulfilment), such as:
- Regular → Express
- Express → Super Express
A shipping upgrade affects how fast your Pod travels after it leaves our warehouse, not when it ships.
If you’re purchasing during a Product Drop, shipping timing stays the same:
- Your Pod will ship after the Product Drop ends
- Shipping upgrades do not override Product Drop timing
- The only exception is if your order is within the first ~500 orders, which may be included in a mid-drop shipment
Some families may also see a post-purchase option to upgrade from Product Drop to Buy Now / Ship Now by paying the difference to the full retail price. If selected, your Pod can ship immediately using your chosen shipping speed. This option is applicable after purchase, so you can decide what works best for your family.

Yes. We offer flexible ways to purchase a Nüdel Pod so families can spread the cost over time.

Or we have a very special solution for those who need to spread out payments to lighten the load even further. Our Pay in 8 Option offers two 50% payments, with PayPal Pay in 4 available on each payment for pod bundles these payments will keep your budget in check and make the pod accessible regardless of your budget. What is PayPal Pay in 4?
PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to divide your purchase into four smaller payments, handled directly by PayPal.

How does the Pay in 8 option work?
Pay in 8 lets you spread the cost of your Pod across eight smaller, interest-free payments using PayPal Pay in 4, subject to PayPal approval and availability in your location.
You pay 50% at checkout using PayPal Pay in 4 (split into 4 payments), then pay the remaining 50% later, again using PayPal Pay in 4 (another 4 payments). That’s 8 smaller payments in total.
Your Pod ships as soon as it’s ready after the 2nd 50% payment is made .
This option is designed to reduce the upfront cost while still securing your Pod and your place in the queue in as little as $30 AUD per week
Regular shipping is free for Pod bundle purchases, with faster shipping options available if you’d like to upgrade.

What happens after I pay a 50% deposit?
Once your 50% deposit is paid, your Pod is secured.
To release your Pod for shipping, the remaining 50% payment must be completed.
When the second payment is received:
- Your Pod becomes eligible for shipping
- It is allocated to the next available product drop
- Any remaining PayPal instalments continue as normal
When will my Pod ship if I use flexible payments?
Your Nüdel Pod will ship once full payment is completed.
Once your payment is complete, your Pod is included in the upcoming product drop bulk shipment.
If full payment isn’t completed before the current product drop ends, your Pod will automatically move into the next available product drop bulk shipment.
Completing payments sooner means your Pod can be shipped sooner.
Where can I view flexible payment options?

Upgrades
Can I upgrade my Pod after purchasing?
Yes. A model upgrade may be available after your original order is placed and before fulfilment, depending on timing and current stock.
If available, you can upgrade to a higher-tier Pod by paying the price difference between the two models:
- OG → Rainbow: you pay the difference between the OG and Rainbow prices
- Onyx Yellow → Onyx Rainbow: you pay the difference between those two models
There are no additional discounts applied to model upgrades — the upgrade cost is simply the difference in pricing at the time.

What is the Nüdel Pod?

What’s the difference between the OG Pod, Rainbow Pod, Onyx Yellow Pod, and Onyx Rainbow Pod?
Each Pod style offers the same core open-ended play system. The difference comes down to colour variation, finish, and durability — so you can choose the option that best fits your home and aesthetic.

What age is the Nüdel Pod suitable for?
The Nüdel Pod meets global safety standards and contains NO choking hazards. The Pod pieces are suitable for children 6 months and up and the configurations are suitable for 1 year+ (supports up to 50kg).
How long will my child use the Nüdel Pod?
Unlike most toys, the Nüdel Pod evolves as your child grows.
Babies explore sensory play, toddlers build and problem-solve, and older children create complex structures and imaginative worlds.
My child still puts things in their mouth — is the Nüdel Pod safe?
Yes. The Nüdel Pod contains no choking hazards and is intentionally designed to be safe for environments where babies (6mos +) and older children play together.
All Pods are tested to EN71 standards, one of the highest international toy safety benchmarks. The Nüdel Pod has also been recognised for both safety and design, winning three Australian Good Design Awards.
The Pod is made from extremely robust, natural, and non-toxic materials, including food-grade silicone — similar to the material used in children’s dummies and teethers. These components are designed to withstand chewing, climbing, and energetic play.

Does the Nüdel Pod come with instructions or build ideas?
Yes. The Nüdel Pod includes Inspiration Cards to help spark ideas and get started right away.
You’ll also find a dedicated Resources section on our website with:
- Short one-minute videos your family can follow along with
- Over 100 black-and-white printable step-by-step plans (similar to IKEA-style instructions)
That said, instructions aren’t required. Many children quickly begin creating their own unique configurations. The Pod is designed for open-ended play — there’s no single “right” way to build.
It’s up to you how you choose to explore it.
Is the Nüdel Pod a good gift?
Yes. The Nüdel Pod is a meaningful, long-lasting gift that supports development, connection, and calm — making it especially popular with grandparents.
Pod Care and Maintenance
Due to normal manufacturing and finishing processes, your Nüdel Pod may contain small amounts of residual dust that can loosen during shipping. We recommend wiping your Pod with a dry, soft cloth (OG and Rainbow) or a damp cloth (Onyx Yellow and Onyx Rainbow) before first use. This is normal and not considered a fault.
As the Pod is made from natural birch plywood, very rarely, surface splinters may occur if the Pod is dropped or handled roughly. Birch is splinter-resistant, and minor raised fibres can usually be removed gently with a fingernail, the back of a butter knife, or a few light passes of fine sandpaper.
Always ensure any rough area is smoothed before allowing children to continue playing.
The Pod is designed for long-term use, and light maintenance of natural wood is entirely appropriate.
