Can I buy before Product Drop?
Yes! VIP Pod Squad Members get a private early access link immediately after purchasing the VIP Pod Squad Membership. This lets you shop before stock sells out (and IT WILL sell out). Our October drop was over subscribed by over 200 Pods orders, so we are very limited for this next drop.
Can I buy the Pod without the VIP Pod Squad Membership?

When will I receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of shipping you choose. The numbers of days are listed on the shipping options.
Pod will be shipped around 1 week after the product drop ends, so choose shipping carefully depending on your needs.
Please note we take every care (we really do take shipping times VERY seriously), but once it leaves our warehouse, we can't be held responsible for the crazy world of global shipping. Sometimes there are storms and the wind blows the wrong direction.
Please remember: we have a 1-week processing time before shipping, so add one extra week to your shipping estimate.

What age group is the Nüdel Pod suitable for?
The Nüdel Pod meets global safety standards and contains NO choking hazards. The Pod pieces are suitable for children 6 months and up and the configurations are suitable for 1 year +(supports up to 50kg).
